Length: 3 Hours

If the pandemic has reminded us of one thing, it's the importance of the caregiver's role in society. Women and men left the workforce by the masses to step back from their careers and fill a void that was no longer available to them. And yet, many tried to maintain some form of their career pursuits and ended up burned out at best. We now look to rebuild our professional careers, homes, and ourselves in healthier and more sustainable ways.

In this three-hour workshop, you will hear from a Professional Certified Life Coach who has worked with thousands of working parents and caregivers on building/rebuilding structures to sustain and even thrive while juggling careers and caregiving responsibilities. Every situation is different, but our ability to lead ourselves and influence others for the greater good is the core. Caring for caregivers is about caring for ourselves first so we can serve humanity in many ways.

You will learn:

  • the latest trends and what it takes to juggle professional pursuits with caregiving roles, and how to keep yourself from burning out
  • science-backed foundational dimensions of overall well-being
  • learn strategies to prevent and alleviate living in survival-mode
  • develop actionable steps (plan) to restore and elevate your energy
  • understand the common blockers and ways to shift beyond them

Caring for caregivers starts with caring for ourselves better so we can show up and give our best selves to our loved ones in the early or later stages of life.
