Do you remember dreaming of your perfect career? After graduation you landed what you thought was the perfect job! But then, things didn’t go as planned. Now, when you wake up on Monday mornings, you’re not so excited to get to work, you don’t feel connected to the work you’re doing and, you're looking for how you can make it more meaningful. It’s not too late to make a change.

During this workshop, you will:

  1. Become clear about what you have to offer the world and have a confident plan for achieving your goals by reflecting on your skills, interests, ideal work environment, and values.
  2. Learn how your current stressful situation is impacting your mental and physical health, and learn how implementing mindfulness and slowing down will help you make good decisions that lead to a career you love.
  3. Create an easy-to-follow plan for information gathering, so you gain even more clarity about your next steps.
